Walking

Walk daily as fast as you can,
you will say then , my laziness ran;
walk daily as vigorous as you can,
you will become very healthy man:
Every part of your body will function properly,
everyday if you walk a mile or two regularly;
blood pressure will be maintained normal,
blood sugar will also be kept within normal:
Your muscles will be improving in function,
you will be younger even while getting pension;
all the nerves will get good strength and glow,
all the parts will get very good blood flow:
Evenly from head to foot, everything will be fine,
even when you get older, you'll have a straight spine;
everyday if you walk till you breathe heavily,
every night without pill you will sleep nicely:
Immune system status will be flourished,
irregular fat stores will be diminished;

If you want to be healthy and stronger,
